Responsibilities
- Primary focus on public area cleanliness and turndown service
- Attend and assist with Monthly OST meetings
- Manage Supervisors and all daily operations of the team
- Ensure all Safety Policies and Procedures are followed and adhered to
- Post and share the Daily Medallia Board with Associates
- Sign off on payroll, ensuring accurate coding, PTO sheets, manual time sheets, and detail reports are submitted
- Assist with department scheduling
- Cover supervisor duties as needed
- Manage the 100-point inspection process
- Provide continued training of associates as needed
- Perform monthly 1-on-1 staff meetings
- Facilitate evening department stand-up meetings with evening associates
- Assist in the interviewing and hiring process
- Perform coaching and counseling of staff as needed
- Monitor Medallia guest room cleanliness scores
- Assist with all supply inventories
- Maintain a positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor with all guests and associates
- Complete all assigned duties as directed by the Executive Housekeeper/Assistant Housekeeper
- Maintain property to Omni standards as outlined in the Rooms Operation Manual
- Respond quickly and urgently to all guest requests
- Conduct Moments of Service success checklists on a daily/weekly basis
- Conduct guestroom inspection checklists on a daily/weekly basis
- Update personal preference profiles via Rooms control
- Inspect stayover service and turndown service
- Inspect public areas
- Work with lobby attendants to maximize efficiency and quality of work
