About the role

We are currently seeking housekeepers and Housekeeping managers in Apopka, FL at $18/hr. This will be a temp role with the opportunity to gain full-time employment.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across residential or commercial spaces. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating safe, comfortable, and welcoming environments for clients and visitors alike. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure a spotless environment.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care using appropriate equipment to preserve flooring quality and appearance.
• Follow established janitorial procedures for waste disposal and sanitation to meet health regulations.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventorying supplies and reporting maintenance needs.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials.
• Ability to perform floor care including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard floors.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Competence in laundry operations and handling cleaning chemicals safely.
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and disinfectants.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
