Pay

Compensation: $16.50 hourly

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred; supervisory or inspection experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and hotel standards are met.
• Supervise and support housekeeping staff throughout daily operations.
• Train team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and quality expectations.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
• Assist with inventory control of housekeeping supplies and linens.
• Address cleanliness concerns promptly and help resolve guest-related issues.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
