Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, assign, and coordinate daily duties for housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
- Review and assign rooms for immediate cleaning based on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and operational needs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints or housekeeping-related concerns and take appropriate corrective action.
- Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members on hotel policies, procedures, cleaning standards, and proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory of housekeeping supplies and ensure adequate stock is available for all shifts.
- Prepare supply requirements and coordinate ordering to prevent shortages or operational delays.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Maintenance team to identify and report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and areas requiring attention.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and assigned hotel spaces are cleaned and serviced according to established standards.
- Make recommendations to improve housekeeping efficiency, service quality, and overall hotel operations.
- Ensure housekeeping staff have the necessary supplies, equipment, and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, safety requirements, and housekeeping standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
