Housekeeping Manager

About the role

The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the work activities of a team of housekeepers to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms at the Pointes North Inn.

Responsibilities

• Assigning duties to housekeeping staff
• Inspecting work to ensure quality standards
• Investigating complaints regarding housekeeping service
• Taking periodic inventories of supplies and equipment
• Screening applicants for housekeeping positions
• Training new employees
• Recommending dismissal when necessary

Qualifications

• Maintains a thorough knowledge of PNI and all its grounds, products, and services
• Maintains awareness of other roles and responsibilities throughout the organization
