Housekeeping Manager

Location: Nashville, TN (1801 Hayes Street). Full‑time position.

Pay

Compensation range: $57,000 – $70,000. Pay is determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver best‑in‑class guest experiences.
• Engage with guests warmly, handle concerns swiftly, and ensure operational standards are met.
• Manage department finances by scheduling efficiently, tracking payroll, and controlling supply costs.
• Oversee staffing—from interviewing to coaching—and support performance management with fairness and clarity.
• Train associates on brand standards and Atrium’s Cleanliness Assured program to maintain quality.

Requirements

• Experience managing housekeeping teams; ability to motivate and lead a crew.
• 3+ years in hotel housekeeping management preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for records, schedules, and reports.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb, remain on feet during shifts, and work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
