About the role

Join us as a Housekeeping Lead Supervisor to contribute to the excellence of our luxury hotel's public areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and presentable.
• Train and supervise Housekeepers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Manage inventory and supplies to optimize usage and minimize waste.

Requirements

• Passionate about cleanliness and physical work.
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or equivalent role.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate 24-hour operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$33.50 per hour

Schedule

Rotating shifts to cover 24-hour operations.
