Housekeeping Laundry Aide Part Time

About the role

We are currently searching for a Part Time Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. As a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide, you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our resident’s environment. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Milbank by cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility and operating housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility
• Operate housekeeping-related tools, chemicals, and equipment

Requirements

• Minimum of an eleventh (11th) grade education
• Prior Housekeeping/Laundry Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable
