Laundry Aide Part Time

About the role

We are searching for Laundry Aides to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Bella Terra Schaumburg. This position requires working every other weekend with hours from 7 am to 3 pm. The facility is rapidly growing and is looking to invest in Laundry Aides by providing opportunities to further your career and the tools and encouragement you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards of residents’ linen and clothing.
• Ensure an adequate supply of facility linen is available.
• Sort, wash, dry, label, and deliver resident clothing and facility linen.
• Use knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to keep residents comfortable and safe.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Prior Laundry Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
