Housekeeping Inspector /Lead

About the Role

At Brasada Ranch, set amidst 1800 acres of Central Oregon’s rolling hills and rugged high desert, you’ll deliver extraordinary guest experiences in an awe-inspiring setting. As part of the housekeeping team, you’ll ensure every guest space meets the resort’s high cleanliness standards. The Inspector position involves guest interactions and quality inspections to maintain the home-away-from-home experience.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures.
• Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete assignments.
• Perform quality inspections to meet required standards within set time limits.
• Call back housekeepers for corrections and follow up once complete.
• Comply with all resort safety guidelines.
• Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional housekeeping, customer service, and inspection experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, stoop, and crouch repeatedly.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions regarding task priorities.
• Frequent standing and walking.
• Must be eligible to drive company vehicles (21 years or older, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and pass MVR record check).
