The Sofitel – Philadelphia offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering personalized customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences. This position involves maintaining the cleanliness of all public spaces within the hotel, including guest floors, Housekeeping storage, and more.

Responsibilities

• Stocking floors
• Delivering items to guestrooms
• Cleaning public areas
• Assisting in all other areas of housekeeping on the overnight shift
• Maintaining cleanliness of all public spaces around the Hotel premises
• Using cleaning machinery (buffers/extractors)
• Lifting and pushing items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Working different shift hours and various job duties
• Being flexible with availability
• Working independently with little or no supervision

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering personalized customer service and a strong commitment to creating the desired guest experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of poise and professionalism
• An ability to naturally engage with guests and show empathy; have genuine care and concern for both the well-being of our guests and fellow team members
• A positive, can-do, team player attitude
• A strong desire to support and assist your department and other hotel colleagues, and help them navigate and overcome roadblocks and obstacles
