About the role

The Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor is responsible for supervisory duties in the Housekeeping and Laundry department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Counsel and interview employees to address performance issues
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain positive guest relations
• Perform general office duties such as data entry and scheduling

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year hotel experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

• Passion for providing efficient service and creating meaningful experiences
• Moderate lifting and moving capabilities
• Flexible work availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

• Starting hourly rate: $31.60/hour
• Rate for colleagues with 4+ years of service: $32.23/hour
