Housekeeping - Guestroom Attendant Self Inspector - Full Time
About the role
The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Guest Room Attendant Self Inspector who embodies a passion for excellence and enthusiasm in their work. This role involves shaping the guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the resort and embodying the Golden Rule in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Cleans set number of rooms during a shift.
- Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
- Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure.
- Makes bed.
- Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.
- Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
- Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
- Enters HotSOS requests for engineering and in-room dining and ensures tasks are completed before releasing room.
- Ensures special requests such as extra bed, crib, allergies etc are set up.
- Provides special in-room touches based on guest preferences and use of room to elevate guest experience.
- Inspects and releases rooms.
- Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and Team Leaders/supervisors.
- Assists team with deep cleaning.
- Cleaning, tidying housekeeping closet, laundry machine station.
- Provides support and assists other departments in a crunch or as circumstances arise.
- Performs other duties as assigned by direct report.
Requirements
- Work authorization required.
- Previous experience in Housekeeping required, as this is an elevated role from the guest room attendant position.
- A high school education or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.

Qualifications

Pay
Hourly Rate: $28.52
Schedule
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
