Room, Lobby & Laundry Attendants

The Tides Hotel is seeking dedicated team members for the Room, Lobby & Laundry Attendants positions. Responsibilities include cleaning and servicing guest rooms, maintaining hotel public areas, and managing the laundry department. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

• Room Attendant: Clean and service guest rooms, inspect bedding, sanitize furniture and appliances, and report maintenance issues and respond to guest needs.
• Lobby Attendant: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel’s public areas, including the lobby, restrooms, and event spaces, and ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards while providing a welcoming environment for guests.
• Laundry Attendant: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens according to standards, operate and maintain laundry equipment, and keep the laundry area clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, professional demeanor with good communication skills. Ability to work weekends and holidays. Physically able to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull throughout shift.
