Housekeeping Associate Part-Time (Male)

What You’ll Do

• Keep the club space clean and sanitized with a focus on a beautiful and first-impression-ready environment.
• Support the functional aspects of the club by maintaining clean and orderly conditions in various areas such as fitness, racquet sports, and spa.
• Assist with laundry operations by loading washers and dryers, and folding towels (up to 40+ lbs).
• Maintain an organized supply area/closet.
• Ensure overall indoor and outdoor club cleanliness through emptying trash and towel bins, high dusting, cleaning windows, and mopping.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds and pushing carts up to 250 pounds.
• A keen eye for detail in vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sweeping.
• Experience washing and folding laundry.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail, flexibility, openness to change, strong customer service skills, and persistence/determination.
• A passion for helping others.
• Kindness, optimism, and pride in one's work.
• A willingness to listen to constructive feedback and apply it moving forward.
• The ability to work under pressure gracefully and quickly.

Compensation
