Responsibilities
- General housekeeping duties in apartments and shared areas.
- Maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Upholding resident confidentiality.
- Adherence to safety protocols, including driving a golf cart if necessary.
Requirements
- Diligent, communicative, and passionate about maintaining cleanliness.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently.
- Capable of moderate to heavy physical effort, including prolonged standing and walking.
- Able to operate cleaning equipment effectively.
