Housekeepers - Mizner Place Resort

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of resort property units while following the company mission statement and values.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning units
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection
• Report unit maintenance issues, damaged or stained items (carpets, drapes, furniture, linens), and missing inventory/supplies
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage closets
• Attend all training sessions and apply training practically
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly
• Maintain a high sense of urgency to turn units on time
• Perform additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
• Strong decision-making, planning, and scheduling capabilities
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Personal timeliness and promptness with assignments
• Passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn and adapt behavior
• Willingness to work irregular hours

Work Environment

This job operates in conditions that may include odors, dust, cleaning chemicals, and/or laundry chemicals. The role frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.
