Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning resort property units
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash
• Clean units including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection
• Report unit maintenance issues, damaged/dirty/stained items, and missing inventory to Supervisor
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage closets
• Attend all training sessions and apply training practically
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly
• Maintain a high sense of urgency to turn units on time
• Perform additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
• Ability to make decisions and demonstrate planning/scheduling capabilities
• Ability to read, write, and do basic math
• Personal timeliness and promptness with assignments
• Passion for cleanliness and strong work ethic
• Ability to learn and adapt behavior
• Willingness to work irregular hours

Work Environment

This job operates in conditions that include odors, dust, cleaning chemicals, and/or laundry chemicals.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
• Bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions

Pay

Earn up to $20 per hour, with a system designed to reward efficiency and timeliness.
