Responsibilities

  • Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and bed making
  • Conduct pre-arrival room inspections to ensure all accommodations meet company standards
  • Complete daily checklists to verify that cleanliness and property conditions are consistently upheld
  • Identify and log maintenance issues, reporting them promptly to the appropriate departments
  • Assist with breakfast service and kitchen porter duties
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in experience by preparing guest spaces to the highest standard
  • Respond to guest requests for items such as towels, amenities, and other in-room needs
  • Maintain and care for cleaning equipment to ensure proper function and safety
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to support seamless daily operations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a housekeeper is preferred
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Proven commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (especially Japanese) are an asset
  • Enthusiasm for travel, outdoor activities, and discovering new destinations
  • Possession of a valid International Driver's License
  • Must have, or be eligible for, a Japanese Working Holiday Visa

Pay

Earn ¥1300 per hour with an estimated 25 - 35 hours per week.

Schedule

Full-time employment from December 1st, 2026 to February 25th, 2027, with the possibility of extending your contract depending on availability and performance.
