Housekeeper/Room Attendant

About the role

The Room Attendant/Housekeeping Host contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Multi-task and handle moderate weight lifting.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience required.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction.
• Able to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The hourly wage for this position is $16/hr.

Schedule

This position requires weekend and holiday availability.
