About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of assigned guest rooms while providing outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms to Hyatt brand standards.
- Ensure guest rooms are comfortable, sanitized, and fully stocked.
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and care.
- Report maintenance concerns and lost-and-found items.
- Work collaboratively with fellow Housekeeping team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required, we're happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry moderate weight throughout the shift.
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
