About the role

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms and areas assigned of the Hotel. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain guest rooms and assigned areas
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are available and in good working order
  • Communicate effectively with guests to address their needs and concerns
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate to guests
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Schedule flexibility to work days, early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
