About the role

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms and areas assigned of the Hotel. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain guest rooms and assigned areas of the Hotel in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bed making.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working order.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to address their concerns and requests.
  • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Schedule flexibility to work days, early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
