Responsibilities

• Engage and get to know the residents by building relationships and understanding their needs.
• Provide courteous and professional interactions with residents, families, employees, and the community.
• Clean resident apartments, common areas, and offices according to a weekly schedule.
• Deep clean resident apartments and common areas according to a weekly schedule.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and closets in a neat and organized manner.
• Promptly report any concerns about equipment safety and functionality to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Maintain the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand or walk throughout most of the workday.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Manual dexterity for tasks involving light to heavy physical activity.
