Housekeeper Inspector

Job Summary

A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest experience while evaluating guest room and public areas for property cleanliness and quality control. He/she can help in setting department targets and objectives in absence of the Executive Housekeeper and assisting his/her direct supervisor in all areas of the housekeeping department.

• Assisting the direct supervisor in all areas of the housekeeping department

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of hotel operations and standards
• Experience with housekeeping software
