Housekeeping Inspector
Responsibilities
- Aids in managing housekeeping areas according to brand standards.
- Ensures a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality.
- Inspects rooms and cleans them.
- Assists with stocking and supplies for the housekeeping staff.
- Possibly cross-trains with other departments.
Requirements
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.
- Must be flexible (work weekends and holidays).
- Must be a team player.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Should be able to prioritize and use good judgment.
- Maintain sound housekeeping skills and team-building skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
- Must be able to properly use cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Must be able to walk, climb stairs, stand, bend, crouch, kneel, reach overhead, twist, lift, push, pull, and carry.
- Must be able to push and pull a fully loaded wheeled cart in excess of 100 lbs.
