Housekeeper I-Livingston Ambulatory Center (2nd Shift Monday-Friday, Rotating Weekends and Holidays Required)

About the role

Provides high levels of cleanliness, quality, and service to patients, families, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and services patient care areas, offices, lobbies, bathrooms, or other areas as assigned.
• Demonstrates knowledge of 10 Step Cleaning Process and appropriate chemical use to meet department standards.
• Performs routine cleaning and coordinates with management to address and resolve facility maintenance, service issues, and other concerns.
• Practices proper methods of Infection Control in conjunction with cleaning procedures. Maintains proper use and knowledge of PPE and door precautions.
• Maintains closet, housekeeping cart, and cleaning equipment in clean, orderly, and good working condition.
• Maintains department’s standards of practice as evidenced by quality control inspections and customer feedback.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, required.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Demonstrate high degree of proficiency in the 10 Step Cleaning Process.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Displays positive customer service skills and promotes a team atmosphere.
• Previous housekeeping experience, preferred.

Schedule

This position is specifically for 2nd Shift. Required schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM, with rotating weekends and holidays.
