Housekeeper II - Behavioral Health Pavilion (1st Shift Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p, Rotating Weekends and Holidays Required)
Job Description
Provides high levels of cleanliness, quality, and service to patients, families and customers.
- Performs routine cleaning and coordinates with management to address and resolve facility maintenance, service issues and other concerns.
- Demonstrates knowledge of 10 Step Cleaning Process and appropriate chemical use to meet department standards.
- Practices proper methods of Infection Control in conjunction with cleaning procedures.
- Demonstrates proper use and knowledge of PPE and door precautions.
- Maintains closet, housekeeping cart and cleaning equipment in clean, orderly and good working condition.
- Maintains department’s standards of practice as evidenced by quality control inspections and customer feedback.

Education Requirement
High School graduate or equivalent, required.
Certifications
If position is housed within behavioral health environment, successful completion of TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) requirement is required during orientation process or within 90 days of hire. Must maintain throughout employment.

Experience
Previous housekeeping experience, preferred.
