Housekeeper - Full Time: Sunday, Monday, Friday, & Saturday 8am-4pm

About the Role

The Bristal Assisted Living is a luxury assisted living community that operates like a high-end hotel, delivering exceptional guest services and hospitality. As a Housekeeper, you will create and maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our residents by cleaning resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, offices, and surrounding areas according to housekeeping standards and procedures. Your role is fundamental to the quality of life and general wellbeing of our residents.

You will interact frequently with residents, their families, guests, and team members, so a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude is essential. This position requires working at least one weekend day per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, offices, and surrounding areas to housekeeping standards.
• Perform cleaning duties with a focus on thoroughness, speed, and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional demeanor during interactions with residents, families, guests, and team members.
• Adapt to different personality types and situations in a calm and positive manner.
• Uphold an abiding respect for the elderly in all actions and interactions.

Requirements

• A pleasant and courteous demeanor when dealing with peers, supervisors, residents, and management.
• Ability to work swiftly yet thoroughly in cleaning practices.
• Experience providing cleaning services in the restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, hospitality, or similar industry is a plus.
• Experience working with a senior population is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling demanding customers.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Reliability, a caring attitude, and a consistently positive demeanor.
• Ability to work at least one weekend day per week.
