Housekeeper - Full Time: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday 8am-4pm

We are seeking experienced, responsible, and thorough Housekeepers to create and maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our residents.

You will maintain resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, offices, and surrounding areas according to housekeeping standards and procedures, always with a friendly, courteous, and positive attitude. This role involves frequent interaction with residents, their families, guests, and team members, requiring pleasant and professional encounters.

The loving care, attention to detail, and customer service you bring to housekeeping are fundamental to the quality of life and general wellbeing of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas of the community in accordance with guidelines established by the Director of Housekeeping.
• Maintain resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, offices, and surrounding areas to housekeeping standards.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents, families, guests, and team members.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.

Requirements

• Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week.
• Pleasant and courteous demeanor when dealing with peers, supervisors, guests, residents, and management.
• Swift yet thorough cleaning practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing demanding customers.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to adjust to different personality types and situations positively.
• Reliable, caring, and positive in actions and demeanor.
• Maintains respect for the elderly and remains calm at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience providing cleaning services in the restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, hospitality, or similar industry is a plus.
• Experience working with a senior population is preferred.
