Housekeeper

About the role

As a Housekeeper at Westgate Painted Mountain Golf Resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all guest rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for their stay. You will be responsible for meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of assigned rooms, achieving a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, and maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
• Deliver to guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.
• Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
