Housekeeper

About the role

Weinstein Properties is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. Based in Richmond, Virginia, we manage over 60 apartment communities across multiple states. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our hands-on approach to daily operations and our focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, and stock coffee stations.
• Clean and stock vacant and model units.
• Complete freshens in model and vacant ready homes.
• Perform potentially unpleasant tasks as part of the job.
• Handle daily, recurring responsibilities like cleaning the clubhouse.
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods while performing tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Benefits

• Competitive hourly rates starting at $17/hour.
• Quarterly bonuses, including a $1000 stay bonus after 90 days and in good standing.

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
