Housekeeper
About the role
Weinstein Properties is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at our beautiful apartment community in Fort Worth, TX. We are a family-owned company with over 60 properties across multiple states.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, and stock coffee station
- Cleaning vacant and model units and completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes
- Performing other potentially unpleasant but necessary duties
- Completing daily, recurring responsibilities like cleaning the clubhouse
Requirements
- Reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work
- Independent, proactive, and willing to take on various responsibilities
- Willing to communicate and collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams
- Adaptable and versatile, able to handle a variety of tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Pay
Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $16.50/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses. Currently Housekeepers are eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Things Candidates Should Know Before Starting
- You will get dirty: Tasks include cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, clean and stock coffee station, cleaning vacant and model units and completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes, and other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties.
- Repetition is part of the job: Many tasks (like cleaning the clubhouse) are daily, recurring responsibilities.
- This is a busy and physically demanding role: This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks. The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
