Job Summary

At Touchmark, we practice ETHIC principles in every task and interaction, from personal care to mowing the grass. We say "I AM AN ALLY, I AM A FRIEND, I AM A GIVER" on-call positions provide assistance during emergencies, cancellations, and additional coverage. No minimum weekly/monthly hours required. Wage starts at $17.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with emergency situations
• Work cancellations and additional coverage
• Dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
• Maintain patient and tactful composure
• Perform basic cleaning duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and using a stepladder
• Have a keen attention to detail

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in house cleaning or in a retirement community (preferred)
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and use a stepladder
• Able to maintain patient and tactful composure
• Able to deal with pets (pet-friendly community)
• Committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
• Believes in leading by example in safety, compassion, and empathy
