Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments and common areas.
• Aid in preparing empty apartments for new residents.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and requests.
• Help respond to resident emergencies as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; training provided.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English.
• The ability to make independent decisions under variable conditions.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to unique situations.
• A positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and colleagues.
