Housekeeper

About the role

The Housekeeper position is essential for maintaining the resort's cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Change sheets, arrange towels, restock supplies, vacuum, dust, clean, and rearrange rooms after guests check out.
• Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances.

Requirements

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
• Effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.

Job Qualifications

• Physical demands: Regularly stand, sit, or walk for an extended period; lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Scheduling: Hours are variable and based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors.
