Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms and public use spaces.
• Vacuum, shampoo and deodorize carpets, and clean surfaces throughout the community.
• Respond to resident room emergencies, and log cleaning activities as required.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Pay

• Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.

Schedule

• Per diem position available - As needed and to cover vacations.
