We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Manager & Private Assistant to support a successful entrepreneur within his private residence in Los Angeles. The principal is a kind, approachable and flexible businessman who leads a busy professional life and is looking for a trusted right-hand partner to oversee the day-to-day running of his home. He is seeking someone with a calm, capable demeanour who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs and ensuring life behind the scenes runs effortlessly, allowing him to remain focused on his business. This is a highly confidential, long-term opportunity for an experienced private service professional who thrives in a hands-on role and genuinely enjoys caring for a home. Rather than simply managing from a distance, this is a true “boots on the ground” position, working alongside the existing housekeeper to maintain an exceptionally clean, organised and welcoming household. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the principal’s daily life, providing practical support, thoughtful organisation and a reassuring, steady presence. The principal is a single gentleman with one friendly dog, and values professionalism, kindness, discretion and a peaceful home environment. Flexibility is appreciated, as schedules and days off may occasionally change depending on the principal’s commitments. While the role does require a responsive mindset, this is not an “always on” position. Instead, it suits someone who understands the nature of private service, enjoys being dependable and is happy to offer flexibility when genuinely needed. A full-time housekeeper is employed within the home, and this role works closely alongside them to ensure every aspect of the household is consistently maintained to a high standard. You will also provide cover during the housekeeper’s days and time off, ensuring seamless continuity throughout the week. The live-in accommodation consists of a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom within the residence.
