About the role
Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. House Supervisors (RN) are integral in delivering compassionate, high-quality care and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage resources during assigned shift
- Create a healthy work environment promoting both team and individual growth
- Maintain a safe and compliant workplace by monitoring policies and procedures
- Act as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families
- Collaborate with ancillary interdisciplinary teams to address patient-specific and facility-wide needs
Requirements
- Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS and ACLS required at hire
Qualifications
- Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred
- Prior clinical management experience preferred
- BSN preferred
