House Supervisor (RN) - Full Time Nights - $15,000 Sign On Bonus

About the role

Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. House Supervisors (RN) are integral in ensuring compassionate, high-quality care and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during assigned shift
• Create a healthy work environment promoting both team and individual growth
• Maintain a safe workplace by monitoring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Act as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families
• Collaborate with ancillary interdisciplinary teams to address patient-specific and facility-wide needs, and improve operations

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred
• Prior clinical management experience preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
