House Supervisor - Patient Services Admin
About the role
The House Supervisor position at Wilcox Medical Center is responsible for the delivery of a variety of patient care services during weekend, holiday, evening, and night shift hours. This role also involves maintaining operational aspects of the patient care units in collaboration with other service areas.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the provision of high-quality patient care services across the care continuum.
- Maintain operational aspects of patient care units during non-traditional work shifts.
- Collaborate with other service areas to support the smooth operation of Clinical Service Line activities.
- Provide staffing services for the hospitals and contribute to customer service, clinical competency, and fiscal responsibility.
Requirements
- Current Hawai‘i RN License.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification.
- Three (3) years clinical experience with concentration in area of specialty.
- One (1) year charge nurse or related experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health care administration, or related field preferred.
