House Supervisor - Nights - Full-Time

About the Role

The House Supervisor oversees daily hospital operations, ensuring efficient workflow, policy adherence, and high-quality patient care. They supervise staff, coordinate activities, address issues promptly, and maintain a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing school
• Minimum of three years hospital nursing experience
• Current RN license in the applicable state
• BLS and ACLS certifications prior to first shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Five or more years of hospital nursing experience
