House Person - Level Hotel (Evenings)

Maintained Duties

• Maintain the cleanliness of all corridors, elevators, elevator landing areas.
• Re-stock linen closets with supplies, linens and towels for room attendants.
• Collect dirty linen bags from room attendants.
• Strip dirty rooms when requested by Management.
• Move furniture when requested by Manager.
• Auxiliary support to co-workers as needed.
• Deliver items to guest rooms upon request in a timely manner.
• Provide customer service to guests, including information about Hotel Services to promote a high-quality living experience for all residents.
• Ensure corridors are free of dust, walls are free of marks and vacuum hallway carpets.
• Ensure housekeeping supplies are in stock and inform Management when reordering is necessary.
• Communicate with Management regarding the overall maintenance cleaning function of the property.
• Complete projects assigned by Management.
• Comply with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic reading skills.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

Schedule

This position will work the evening shift of 2:00 - 10:30 PM.

Pay

$22.50 per hour
