Evening Shift

Crown Pointe, a premier retirement community in Omaha, NE, offers a comprehensive benefit package including competitive wages, health and dental insurance, and a 401k with company match. This role is evening shift from 4:00 pm to 12:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual.
• Provides information such as community address, directions, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
• Greets and directs visitors to the community.
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Resolves customer questions and concerns.
