Clean and Maintain
- Remove trash and debris from floors.
- Replenish linen supplies in floor closets.
- Stock linen room with clean linen and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets.
- Strip dirty linen from rooms and place in laundry chute.
- Remove dirty glasses from carts and closets.
- Transport clean glasses to floor closets.
- Clean designated areas with proper chemicals and equipment.
- Wipe down vending machines, ice machines, and laundry machines.
- Ensure stairwells are clear of items.
- Remove stains, scuff marks, and dust from carpets.
- Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests.
- Turn in lost and found items and guest room keys.
General Duties
- Report property condition deficiencies and unsafe conditions.
- Report accidents, injuries, near-misses, and property damage or loss.
- Assist other Housekeeping Personnel when needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, reach, bend, stoop, stand, and walk continuously.
- Ability to push heavy equipment such as two hundred pound carts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring pushing, pulling, and lifting.
