Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize and change the course of action quickly.
- Vacuum clean, mop, scrub, dust.
- Clean hotel common areas including bathrooms.
- Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, doors, and related furnishings using appropriate chemical supplies.
- Perform other house person duties as directed by supervisor and manager.
Physical Requirements and Level of Frequency that may be required
- Nearly Continuously: Sitting, hearing, listening, talking, walking.
- Oftentimes: Bending, reaching overhead, twisting.
- Seldom: Lifting - up to 50 pounds, kneeling, squatting.
Minimum Qualifications
- This is an entry-level position.
- Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills are required.
- Six months of related experience is preferred.
- Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
Preferences
- Available any day of the week.
- Days and hours may vary depending on the hotel occupancy.
