About the Role

A Registered Nurse (RN) House Operations Administrator provides clinical leadership, guidance, and support within a healthcare setting. The role involves serving as a clinical expert, mentoring nursing staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care protocols and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
• Enhance patient care through protocol assessment and improvement
• Conduct training, workshops, and educational sessions
• Participate in quality improvement and compliance efforts
• Address patient and family concerns and advocate for quality care
• Maintain documentation and assist with regulatory audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in inpatient medical, surgical, or critical care
• Current Illinois RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification
