Responsibilities
- Provide clinical expertise, support staff development through education and mentorship, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement evidence-based practices.
- Address patient and family concerns, maintain accurate records, and generate reports to track outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing, 5+ years of clinical experience (medical/surgical or critical care preferred)
- Current Illinois RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and compliance knowledge required
