House Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We seek an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient care protocols, conducting educational sessions, mentoring staff, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The RN ensures compliance with regulations, advocates for high-quality care, addresses patient and family concerns, and stays current with nursing research and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence-based protocols to enhance patient care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support regulatory audits and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient care standards
• Conduct educational sessions for staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Address patient and family concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in inpatient medical/surgical or critical care
• Current Illinois RN license
• BLS/ACLS certifications

Schedule

Part-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.

Pay

$43.69 – $67.72 per hour, based on expertise and experience.
