House Manager, Full Time, 3rd Shift

About the role

Support and guide pregnant women living in the residence. Help residents develop life skills like cooking, cleaning, parenting, and budgeting. Encourage and support personal growth and goal setting. Monitor the overall safety and cleanliness of the home. Teach and model positive daily living habits. Keep resident records and logs up to date. Communicate with staff, residents, and outside agencies. Offer emotional support and crisis intervention when needed. In case of an emergency, driving may be required to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A kind, supportive attitude and respect for confidentiality
• A willingness to be flexible and dependable
• The ability to sit for 3–7 hours and walk 1–3 hours per shift
